Turkish cuisine had a very special place in Ottoman period. The palace kitchens would have thousands of employees and one had to work for years and gain experience to become a master chef. There was a very wide menu and variety. Unfortunately Turkish cuisine is believed to be formed by kebap only.
We aim to be a business that serves its customers the rich menu of Turkish cuisine with its own modernized recipes. Our aim has always been for visitors to leave satisfied following delicious experience.
