Bazlama started life in a cosy corner of Çeşme, Türkiye, a seaside town where breakfast isn’t just a meal, it’s an event that feels like a celebration. It began with Nurten Anne and her daughter Sinem, a mum-and-daughter duo who wanted to share the happiness found in the food they love, in the place they love. What started as a little family venture quickly became a way to bring people together, one breakfast at a time.

Now, we’ve brought that same spirit to the UK… along with a few treasured recipes from our family kitchen. Tables are laden with warm gözleme, cheeses, jams, olives, and the occasional “oh go on then” extra dish you didn’t know you needed.
