Gama Ltd

Gama Ltd is a major food and drink distributor operating from North London, often associated with the Greater Enfield area. Since its founding in 1991, the company has rapidly grown to become a leading and trusted supplier of Mediterranean and Ethnic food and drink products to the UK market. Their extensive customer base ranges from large national supermarket chains down to independent local corner shops, demonstrating a wide reach across the country's retail landscape.

The company's operations are deeply connected to the local area, serving as a primary source for the many Turkish, Turkish Cypriot, and Mediterranean businesses located in the Enfield borough, particularly along the Green Lanes corridor. By importing and distributing high-demand products, including many European brands for which they are the sole UK agent, Gama Ltd plays a vital role in sustaining the distinct culinary identity of the local communities and their numerous restaurants and grocery stores.

Gama Ltd's mission extends beyond mere distribution; they pride themselves on reliably sourcing new and popular food, drinks, and ingredients. The founders, Mr. Ali Sancak and Mr. Olcay Yamanel, have helped position the company as a key commercial link between the UK and countries like Turkey. This focus on ethnic and imported products makes Gama a foundational element supporting the cultural and commercial vibrancy of the Turkish community in Enfield.
