Orhan London Tailoring began as a clear-cut idea: quite simply a place where everybody was welcome to discover the limitless possibilities of bespoke tailoring. Where regardless of your gender; your figure; your lifestyle; your image; or your background – each person was celebrated for their individuality, liberated from having to compromise on how they wanted to dress.

Deciding there wasn’t a moment to lose, our master tailor Orhan and his wife Denise co-founded our studio in 2007 – offering Orhan’s skills directly to the public for the very first time. But rather than look to the conformity of Savile Row, it was obvious that Shoreditch was home: resonating with its dynamic creative energy, relaxed urban atmosphere, and reputation for re-writing the rules.

Orhan’s expertise had previously been rooted in womenswear; crafting garments for clients such as Vivienne Westwood and Princess Diana. But we couldn’t keep the gentlemen away, and now our studio offers an absolute balance. Today this sense of inclusivity extends even deeper, with the LGBTQ+ community valued at the very core of our family-run business.
