The United Kingdom has become a hub for Turkish brands in recent years, and 'Efes', the most established Turkish brand in the country, has now begun service with its 'Gourmet Restaurant' concept.

The Turkish restaurant sector, particularly in major UK cities like London, has become a focus of interest for communities of various cultures, thanks to its quality and flavor.

Efes Gourmet, established by Turkish investors, opened its doors yesterday with a ceremony held on Commercial Road, one of the busiest areas in East London.

The opening was attended by representatives from the UK Turkish business community, Kahramanmaraş MP Ali Öztunç, and a distinguished audience from the area.

Efes, a long-established Turkish restaurant brand in London, has begun welcoming guests as 'Efes Gourmet', its new concept.

Efes Gourmet, an investment by partners İbrahim Uzun, Cemil Çelik, and Okan Duyar, will operate with a 250-person capacity. It elevates the "Efes restaurant experience" to a gourmet level by presenting the classic flavors of Turkish cuisine with a contemporary interpretation.

As the newest representative of the Efes brand in London, Efes Gourmet combines the accumulated experience of the well-known Efes restaurants from various locations across the city with a modern gastronomy approach. On the menu, traditional grills, meze varieties, olive oil-based dishes, and desserts are brought to life with carefully selected ingredients and an aesthetic presentation.

Speaking about the opening, one of the new venture's founders, İbrahim Uzun, stated:
